摘要
目的对TECANRMP150全自动酶免分析仪的性能进行评价。方法参考NCCLSEP5文件及有关文献,分别用零点漂移、不精密度、线性、交叉污染、加样精度、洗板残液量、准确度等试验对仪器的加样系统、洗板系统和比色系统进行评价。结果TECANRMP150全自动酶免分析仪零点漂移为±0.001;不精密度高、中、低值样本CV值分别为Swr:1.82%、2.34%、3.60%。Srr:1.26%、0.77%、3.20%。Sdd:1.20%、0.26%.2.27%,ST:1.80%、1.69%、4.26%;线性实验Y=0.0007+0.1131X,r=0.9999;交叉污染率为0.65%;加样精度变异系数为0.30%,洗板残液量平均每孔为0.0125~0.0625μl。结论TECANRMP150全自动酶免分析仪加样系统、洗板系统、比色系统性能可靠、操作简单,能够满足检验科ELISA实验全程自动化的需要。
Objective To evaluate the function of TECAN RMP150 automatic enzyme immunoassay. Methods Reference to NCCLS EP5 and relative literature,the sampling system, washing system and reading system of RMP150 at wavelength of 450 nm were evaluated with zero drift test, nonprecision test,linear test,intercross contamination test ,sampiing precision, postwashing residual test and veracity test. Results All of the instrument indexes were credible. Conclusion Sampling,washing and reading systems of TECAN RMP150 automatic enzyme immunoassay instrument are credible and easy to operation and meet the demand for full scale automatization of ELISA in clinical laboratories.
