The planning of the Tourist Holiday Resorts of Daifu Mountains in Panyu district of Guangzhou has adhered to the macro analysis in establishing the development strategy. It has also refined the particularities of the district and has kept innovating the tourist subjects. It has chosen the mode of development by sub areas with attention given to economic benefits and public interests in the meantime. It has also increased the tourist prod- ucts and mediates the unbalance between the low season and the peak season. By following the physical topography and collecting water to make a lake, the natural ecological environment of the urban tourist holiday resorts is protected.
