摘要
对“布袋院”的保护与利用应从尊重历史、延续历史、传递历史的角度进行,总的目标是:总体展示特色商居建筑院落,重点体现文化内涵,普遍改善居住条件,努力激活商贸旅游。以可持续发展的指导思想对“布袋院”进行利用,体现在以下几个方面:确定能够利用的院落;通过绿化系统对院落及院落群进行整合;对街区进行改造,达到改善该街区居民的居住环境和创建特色街区的目的;尽量还原商业重地景象。
The preservation and utilization of the ＂Hop-pocket Courtyards＂ should be carried out with consideration given to the respect to the history, continuation of history, and passing on the history. The overall goal is to display the featured commercial and residential architectural courtyards with emphasis given to the embodiment of the cultural connotation, improve the residential conditions at large and try to activate the business, trade and tourism in the region. Utilization will be made of the ＂Hop-pocket courtyards＂ guided by the idea of sus- tainable development which is embodied in the following ways： decide which courtyards can be utilized; improve the courtyards and courtyard clusters through the landscaping system; reconstruct the street block so as to reach the goal of improving the residential environment for the residents of the block and creating a featured street block; and try to restore the original scene of a business center.
