讨论了热辊式ＦＤＹ涤纶民用丝生产时，油剂对产品质量和稳定运行的影响。ＦＤＹ油剂必须具有较低的纤维对金属的摩擦、良好抗静电性以及适宜集束性，才能适应高速牵伸加工过程。
Discussion is made with focus on the influents of ZHY-2000 finishing oil on the product quality and steady running for polyester filament by hot pin spin-draw system.Spin finish for FDY must exhibits low fiber-to-metal friction, coupled with excellent antistatic properties and controlled bundle cohesion.These propertise can overcome the high frictions associated with the high speed process.
