摘要
以减一线,减二线糠醛抽出油为原料,采用非临氢降凝工艺,试验了不同温度、不同空速、不同原料变化对产品性质的影响。在一定的工艺条件下,催化剂的单程稳定性良好,研制的橡胶软化剂和国内外同类橡胶软化剂相比性能良好。
The expcrimcnts of the properties of product affected by different temperature,space vclocity and mw material were complished by non-hydro-dewaxing technology taken the first and second sidestrcam on vacuum column as raw material.Under certain technological conditions,the once-through stability of the catalyst was satisfactory and the properties of developed rubber softener was better than that at home and abroad.
