摘要
本文基于对宁波模具行业的深入调查研究,概述了模具工业在国民经济和宁波经济中的重要地位,进而对宁波模具行业的人才现状进行了客观分析,对模具行业人才需求的发展趋势进行了预测,提出了解决宁波模具行业人才问题的应对策略。
The paper, based on the in -depth investigation of the mould industry in Ningbo, gives a general survey of the important role of such industry in the national economy and the Ningbo economy, analyzes objectively the present situation of the talents in this industry in the city, estimates the developmental tendency of the demand and proposes strategies to solve the problems in this light.
