摘要
在70mm的流化床内,采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)、玻璃珠和不规则天然刚玉等B类、D类颗粒,测定了0~5.0Hz脉冲频率下气固流化床的基本流体力学特性,探讨了影响床层流化特性的一些主要因素。
Results of experimental study on the hydrodynamics of flow pulsations on a 70 mm dia air fluidized bed are presented and discussed in the frequency range 0 to 5 Hz. Variables studied include pulse frequency, bed height, pulsed amplitude, particle size and pulsed gas velocity. The effect of pulsational parameters on the fluidized bed pressure drop, the minimum fluidization velocity and overall hydrodynamic behaviour of the bed is discussed. In this paper, the empirical correlations on the minimum fluidization velocity and the pressure drop at minimum fluidization in pulsed fluidized beds are also proposed.
