摘要
用荧光金(Fluorogold,FG)逆行追踪技术对大鼠蜗神经核(CN)向下丘(IC)的投射进行了研究。将FG注入一侧下丘中央核(ICC)的大部分区域后,标记细胞主要出现在对侧CN的所有亚核;将FG注入到一侧ICC的腹侧都,标记细胞出现在对侧CN的背例部;将FG注入一侧ICC的背侧部,标记细胞出现在对侧CN的腹倒部;将FG注入一侧下丘外核(ICX),主要在对侧蜗神经背倒核(DCN)发现标记细胞;将PG注入一侧下丘背核(ICD),双例CN均未见到标记细胞。在所有标记细胞中,以多极细胞和梭形细胞为多。
FG retrograde transport technique was used to study cochlear nucleus projections tothe inferior colliculus.When FG was electrophoresed into a greater part of the central nucleu ofthe inferior colliculus(ICC),FG retragrade labelled cells were found in all subdivisions of the con- tralateral cochlear nucleus(CN).When FG was injected into the ventral region of ICC, labelledcells were found only in the dorsal region of the contralateral CN, and when FG wao injected intothe dorsal region of ICC,FG labelled cells were confined to the ventral region of the contralrteralCN.The result of FG injection into the external cortex of the inferior colliculus was that the la-belled cells were found mainly in the dorsal cochlear nucleu(DCN).But,FG injecton in to thedorsal cortex of the inferior colliculus preduced the following result:no labeclled cells were foundon both sides of CN.Most of the labelled cells were multipolar and fusiform cells.
