摘要
光子晶体的设计和模拟所需的计算量非常大,受到现有计算机计算能力的限制,对复杂系统的研究更是无法进行。研究PC-cluster体系结构上的大规模并行计算方法,建立时域有限差分方法光子晶体的并行计算程序,对透射穿过光子带隙材料的电磁波进行计算,这种方法对计算光子带隙和解决杂质问题效果较好。
The design and simulation of photonic crystal need more calculation. It is out of the calculation ability of a single computer and cannot be used in complex system. This paper discusses the parallel calculate method in PC-cluster system structure and design the parallel calculate program of photonic crystal Finite Differential Time Domain Method. We can calculate the electromagnetic wave transmission pass through the photonic band gap by the parallel calculate program. The effect of the method is better in calculation the photonic band gap and solving the problem of impurity.
