摘要
结合工程实例,从点云数据的采集处理、曲面的重构与光顺、曲面的拼接与精修及曲面数据的质量评估等方面介绍了逆向设计在汽车产品开发中的应用情况。通过线状激光束扫描采集了发动机罩油泥模型的表面数据,再经曲面重构、光顺、拼接、精修及质量评估,实现了汽车发动机罩油泥模型的数字化,为后续工程制造奠定了基础。
Combining with engineering examples,from the aspects such as data acquisition and processing of point cloud ,restructure and smoothness of curved surface ,the joint and finish of curved surface and the quality evaluation of curved surface data,introduce the application of reverse design in the development of automotive product.Through the linear laser beam,collect the surface data of oil clay model of engine cover, and through the restructure,smoothness,joint, finish and quality evaluationof curved surface,realize the digitalization of oil clay modelof engine cover and establish the foundation for subsequent engineering manufacture.
