摘要
本文依据采用全程透明视窗双螺杆挤出机对多种聚合物材料所作的动态可视化挤出实验观测的结果,提出了描述啮合型同向旋转双螺杆挤塑中螺槽非充满的固体输送的理论模型。结构力学中的散粒体的概念被引入研究中。
Based on the results of visual experimental studying on twin screw extruder with a special transparent glass window, a new physical and mathematical model are established for solid conveying in partially filled channel. The concept of loose particles in structural mechanics was considered in thisstudy.
