摘要
对标准图压缩法作了改进，引进了多模式压缩的思想，设计了相对矩的分类算法，把标准图压缩法改进为多模式快速标准图压缩法，恢复图象质量和压缩速度均有大幅度的提高。
The method presented here is an improved version of image compression method based on standard image (ICOS),which includes multi mode compression,fast algorithm based on classification by relative moment,and named multi mode fast image compression based on standard image. Both the compression speed and the quality of the restored image of the presented method are much better than that of ICOSs.And even more,when compression ratio equals to 4,the result of presented method is better than that of JPEGs.
