摘要
选取了9项房地产经济波动指标,经过相关性分析,确定房地产经济综合指标体系,并运用聚类分析方法对我国房地产经济波动进行了分析,为进一步分析研究我国房地产周期提供了方法和手段。
The 9 indices of the real estate fluctuation are taken and the index system is fixed through the relativity analysis. The cluster analysis is used to analyze the real estate fluctuation and provides the measures to do the further research.
