摘要
建设社会主义新农村需要高素质的科学文化人才。目前农村劳动力科学文化素质普遍较低,不适应农业增产、农民增收和农村经济可持续发展的要求,不适应社会主义新农村建设的要求。要从根本上解决这些问题,必须着力提高农村劳动力的整体科学文化素质。通过更新观念,落实教育措施;加强基础设施建设,拓宽学习路子;完善教育体制,加大教育投入,构筑长效机制;加强管理,培养各类科学文化人才,巩固教育成果等多种方法提高农民科学文化素质,努力建设社会主义新农村。
Building a new socialist countryside needs scientific and cultural talents with high quality. At present rural labour＇s scientific and cultural quality is general low and can not meet the demands of agricultural production increase, farmers＇ income increase and sustainable development of rural economy, and can not meet the requirement of building a new socialist countryside. For radical solutions and improving farmers＇ scientific and cultural quality, it is proposed to update the conception, implement the education measures, build infrastructure, add the ways of learning, improve education system, increase input for education, set up a long-effect mechanism, strengthen management, train various scientific, technological and cultural talents, and consolidate educational achievements.
