摘要
总结20例患者行骨髓单个核细胞冠状动脉内移植治疗缺血性心脏病的护理经验。护理措施包括：术前患者心理评估及护理,术中严密观察生命体征和心率、心律变化,防止心律失常、血管迷走反应、心包填塞等并发症,紧密配合医生；术后观察局部伤口、生命体征和心力衰竭的先兆症状等,加强术后宣教及随访。本组治疗转归：术后随访3～6个月,总有效率90%,术后患者活动耐量改善,心功能分级提高Ⅰ级以上者9例,左室射血分数提高至45%以上者6例,射血分数≥40%者8例,半年内再次因心血管事件住院者仅2例,无明显的术后并发症发生。
The author summarized nursing experiences of patients with IHD treated by marrow mononuclear cell coronary transplantation. After follow-up of 3-6 months, the total effective rate was 90%, duration and quantity of patients＇ movement were improved after operation, NYHA in 9 cases was increased by 1 level, EF〉45% in 6 cases, EF〉40% in 8 cases, only 2 patients hospitalized because of cardiovascular disease within half a year after operation and no obvious complication was found. Nursing methods included： mental assessment and care preoperatively, observing vital signs and rhythm of the heart during operation, preventing complications including arrhythmia, vasovagal reaction, cardiac tamponade and so on, cooperating with doctors closely, observing vital signs and svmptoms of heart failure, strengthening education and follow UP.
