饮食示范餐教育对糖尿病患者饮食控制的效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察对糖尿病患者进行饮食示范餐教育后饮食控制的效果。方法将160例确诊为2型糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组接受糖尿病理论知识教育;观察组在其教育的基础上进行饮食示范餐实践教育。教育前、教育5个月后分别对两组患者进行膳食结构(能量和三大营养素养摄入)和营养相关的血生化指标(7项)的比较。结果观察组患者膳食结构、餐次分配较对照组合理,其空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的控制较对照组理想(P<0.05)。结论饮食示范餐实践教育较传统理论教育更有利于糖尿病患者掌握饮食治疗的原则和方法。 Objectives To observe the effect of sample diet education on diet control of patient with diabetes. Methods 160 patients with Type 2 diabetes were divided into observation group and control group, with each having 80. Patients in control group were given health education about theoretical knowledge of diabetes disease, while those in observation group were given sample diet education in addition to health education. Diet components (intake of energy and three nutrition) and 7 blood biochemical indexes were compared between before education and 5 months after education. Results The diet components and meals allocation of observation group were more reasonable than those in control group. And fasting blood glucose, blood glucose 2 h after meal, glycosylated hemoglobin, glyceride, cholesterol-total, HDL-C, and LDL-C were also better in observation group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Sample diet education is more beneficial for patients to grasp the principle and methods of diet than conventional theoretical education.
