摘要
自动装弹机发生故障时很难快速准确地判断故障原因。自动装弹机常见故障主要是由控制电路故障和机械故障引起的。讨论了一种利用虚拟样机技术分析自动装弹机故障机理的方法,以装弹机的部分装置为例,利用ADAMS软件建立了虚拟样机并进行了仿真分析,从根本上分析了自动装弹机故障机理。
It is very difficult to judge fault reason quickly and accurately when autoloader has troubles. Common faults of autoloader mainly result from control circuit faults and mechanical faults. By means of virtual prototype technical method to analyze mechanism of autoloader faults, taking part device of autoloader as example, simulation analysis based on ADAMS software is carried out to set up virtual prototype, and fault mechanism of autoloader is analyzed basically.
