摘要
高校基层档案管理工作是高校工作的重要组成部分,它已成为高校评估考查的重要指标。可是目前的高校基层档案管理工作存在着档案资料缺失、管理不正确、管理混乱等问题。针对存在的问题,我们必须从领导、工作人员、规章制度三个方面寻求改善之法。
Archives management at basic level in colleges plays an important part in work in an university. It has become an important target for valuation and investigation of colleges and universities. However, there are many problems in this field, such as archives data loss, improper and chaotic management. The article tries to find a way to improve the three respects from leaders, teaching staff and regulations.
