摘要
在我国,中国共产党已由领导人民为夺取全国政权而奋斗的党转变为领导人民掌握政权并长期执政的党。随着党所处地位和环境、所肩负的历史任务以及党的自身状况的变化,党的民主政治理念也由革命性向建设性转变。特别是改革开放以来,在社会主义现代化的建设实践中,党的民主政治理念更是经历了由法制化到法治化,再到现代化的嬗变。在分析中国共产党的历史地位和历史任务的基础上,阐析了其民主政治理念转型的必然性及其意义。
Today, the Communist Party of China has changed from a party who leads the people struggling for political power of the whole nation into a party that masters political power and has been in power over a long period of time. With the change of her position, environments, historic mission and its own condition, our party has gradually transformed from a revolutionary party into one whose main task is to construct. Especially after the reform and opening-up and in the actual practice of constructing socialist modernization, her idea of political democracy has also undergone the changes from legalization to legal ruling and finally to modernization. On the basis of analyzing the Party＇s historic position and mission, this paper clarifies the necessity and significance of her change of ideas on political democracy.
