摘要
目前,我国中小企业融资行为主要是通过银行进行公开融资和通过民间资本市场进行秘密融资,企业通过其他方式进行资金融通的行为很有限。由于资金的不足,影响了中小企业的发展。从中小企业融资现状出发,对企业融资存在的问题及企业融资困难的原因分析。可以从提高企业内部管理和企业信用、建立企业信用担保体系、放开民间资本市场、创建中小企业融资的资本市场等方面提出解决问题的策略。
At present, middle and small business enterprise financial behavior＇s explores primarily is to pass the banks proceed public financing and pass folk capital markets proceed secret financing in our country, the business enterprises pass the other way proceed the congenial behavior in funds is very limited. For the shortage of funds affected the development of the middle and small business enterprises. Therefore, in this article ,I decided to solve the problem from the middle and small business enterprises financing at present condition, then analyze the reasons which the business enterprises financing exist and analyzing the difficult reasons , according to the problem that business enterprise financing exists, we solve the difficulty by increase internal management and the business enterprise reputation, establish the business enterprise reputation guarantee system ,let the folk capital markets go into the financing organization and make the capital market creating the middle and small business enterprise financing etc.
