摘要
目的探讨数字化X线摄影(DR)双能量减影(dual-energy subtraction)技术在咽扁桃体肥大所至儿童鼾症诊断中的临床应用。方法对48例儿童患者进行DR双能量减影检查,鼻咽部X线平片与CT扫描,并与手术病理结果进行对比。结果DR双能量X线减影能清晰显示肥大的咽扁桃体与狭窄的鼻咽部气道,DR双能量减影对病灶显示明显优于普通平片。结论DR双能量减影技术能有效去除周围骨组织影像对气道重叠,使气道显示更为清晰,对气道狭窄情况的诊断更为准确,便于进行鼻咽部气道测量。
Objective To explore the clinical value of DR＇ s dual-energy subtraction on diagnosing in children with snoring disease. Methods DR＇ s dual-energy subtraction technique was used to examine 48 cases of children with snoring disease. Each patient was taken traditional x-ray and CT examination. Results Dual-energy subtraction technique was obviously excelled to traditional x-ray examination on displaying stenosis of airway of nasopharynx. Conclusion DR＇ s dual-energy subtraction technique can eliminate the influence of bone tissue efficiently and show pathological changes more clearly through multiple postprocessing technique that the airway of nasopharynx can be display clearly. This technique is benefit to measure the airway and estimate the degrees of stenosis ,and is very helpful in clinial practice.
