摘要
报告采用吻合血管的８２例指端断离再植，成活８０例，成活率９０．９％。根据再植时血管神经吻合平面将指端再植分成４度。Ⅰ°：指甲中１／３断离５指均成活，Ⅱ°：指甲中１／３至近１／３断离１７指均成活。Ⅲ°：指甲近１／３至半月线基底断指５２指成活４６指，Ⅳ°：甲根处断离１４指成活１２指。缺血时间平均为２．１小时。吻合血管数目：动脉１条者５８指，２条者３０指；静脉１条者３８指，２条者１８指，０条者３２指。在无吻合静脉断指中采用指端小切口、拔甲、或局部加肝素等处理解决静脉的回流。
Theauthorsreported82casesofseveredfingertipsreplatationatemergency,accordingtotheleveloftheseverance,thelesionswereclassifiedinto4degrees.FivefingersindegreeⅠ,withseveranceofthefingertipatthedistalthirdofthefingernailand17fingersofdegreeⅡwithseverancebetweenthemiddlethirdandtheproxinalendofthefingernailalsurvived.52fingerstipsofthedegreeⅢwithseveranceatthelevelbetweentheproximalonethirdandthelunulaofthefingernail,46sur-vived.14fingertipsinjuryofthedegreeⅣwithseveranceatthelevelofthebaseofthefingernail,12survived.Theperiodofischemiaaveraged2.1hours.Thetotalsurvivalratewas90.9%.
