摘要
为了预防开放损伤感染，更有效地治疗骨髓炎和软组织感染，我们自１９８８年开始研制了伤口控释庆大霉素植入剂。１９９１年以来临床用于开放损伤患者１１５例，骨髓炎和软组织感染患者５８例，取得了较好的效果。１１５例开放伤的感染率为７．８３％，明显低于对照组的１９．４４％（Ｐ值＜０．０５）。伤口控释庆大霉素植入剂与庆大霉素骨水泥链珠比较具有体积小、含药量大、可随意放置和完全吸收等优点。
Theauthorsstartedthestudyandmanufactureofcontrolablegentamycinreleasingim-plantsusinggelatinforthepreventionofinfectionofopenwoundsandthetreatmentofosteomyelitisandsofttissueinfections.Since1991,115casesoftraumaticinjuriesand58casesofosteomyelitisandsofttissueinfectionsweretreatedwiththismethod.Therateofinfectionofthe115caseswithopenwoundswas7.83%,whichwassignificantlylowerthanthat19.44%outofthe108controlcaseswith-outusingthegentamycinimplants.(19.44%,P<0.05).Comparedwiththegentamycin-PMMAbeads,thiscontrolablereleasinggentamycinimplantshavetheadvantagesofsmalervolume,largercontentofthemedicineandcanbeimplantedeasilyandabsorbedcompletely.
