摘要
针对生产车间流水线中配料所存在的繁琐、数据更新不及时等问题,利用Rockwell技术提出了一种新型的基于FactoryTalk实时数据和VBA的配方管理方法,利用最新ADO数据库访问技术和罗克韦尔分布式组态软件RSV iew SE,对整个系统进行设计并实现。还阐述了Controllogix控制器,利用它来实现上位机界面RSV iew SE与现场的实时数据之间的下载和读取。最终演示结果表明,系统达到了设计要求,解决现场实际中的问题,增强配方管理功能的灵活性,具有广泛的应用前景和价值。
Aiming at the issues of the manufacture pipeline such as fussy, data update not in real time, a newtype recipe management based on the FactoryTalk LiveData and VBA using Rockwell technology is presented. The Controllogix is also elaborated, which can he used to download and read live data between RSView SE and actual circumstances. With ADO database accessing technology and Rockwell distributed software RSView SE the design and realization are finished. The result shows that design requirement is fulfilled; the flexibility and efficiency are enhanced, its application has extensive foreground and values.
