摘要
采用计算机化清醒自由活动大鼠血流动力学监测技术,观测60周龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的24h动态血压,研究其血压波动性(BPV)与血压昼夜节律的关系。经计算机实时和脱机分析后可得到SHR的24h、白昼、夜间等不同时间段的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及其波动性(SBPV、DBPV)等参数。大鼠的生理节律与人相反,夜间活动增多,血压上升,故将白昼SBP比夜间SBP下降≥1.33kPa(10mmHg)者定义为构型(dippers)血压,反之为非构型(non-dippers)血压,本实验中非杓型血压SHR占46%。比较杓型与非杓型血压SHR的血压值及BPV,结果表明非杓型血压SHR白昼SBP明显高于杓型血压SHR;非杓型血压sHR白昼长期SBPV、DBPV及夜间短期SBPV明显高于杓型血压SHR。非杓型血压SHR的BPV较高可能是其靶器官损伤严重的原因之一。
The relationship between blood pressure variability (BPV) and circadian profiles of blood pressure(BP)was studied in spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR)at 60 weeks of age. Intra-arterial BP was continuously recorded for 24 h in free action rats by a micro-computer system. On-line and off-line computer analysis of the BP curve allowed calculation of systolic(SBP) ,diastolic (DBP) BP and their variabilities (SBPV, DBPV) during 24 h, day-time and night-time.The rats could be divided into two groups :'dippers' and 'non-dippers',with and without a decrease of SBP bv 1.33 kPa from night to day, and a 46% prevalence of 'non-dippers' was found.The results showed :①day-time SBP of the 'non-dippers' was higher than 'dippers';②long-term SBPV and DBPV during day-time and short-term SBPV during night-time were higher in 'non-dippers' than 'dippers'.
