睾酮对白介素-1β损伤的胰岛细胞的保护机制

摘要 在离体培养的新生大鼠胰岛细胞上,观察到白介素-lβ(IL-lβ)对胰岛素的分泌有明显的抑制作用.给被IL-lβ抑制的胰岛以睾酮处理,可提高其胰岛素的分泌,表明睾酮对胰岛细胞有保护作用.睾酮可明显增加细胞内胰岛素含量,放线菌素D则可阻断睾酮的这一作用,提示睾酮促进细胞内DNA和胰岛素的合成。 Isolated pancreatic islet cells from neonatal rats were cultured in vitro. Insulin release was significantly inhibited by interleukin-1β. Addition of testosterone to the IL-, 1β-impaired pancreatic islets could increase insulin release, suggesting a protective effect of testosterone on pancreatic islet cells. Testosterone also significantly increased the insulin content in islet cells, and this effect could be blocked by actinomycin-D, indicating that testosterone promoted the synthesis of DNA and insulin may be one of its major protective mechanism.
