摘要
用牛长骨松质骨部制备成生物骨载体（ＢＢＣ），对其抗压强度，剪切强度、扭转强度和应力应变关系进行研究，生物骨载体经过制备加工后，其主要力学性能有所降低，是一种仅有弹性范围的脆性材料。讨论经相同处理的同一组ＢＢＣ间生物力学强度差异的原因，并指出了ＢＢＣ的潜在应用价值。
Biological bone carriers (BBD) were prepared with bovine cancellous bone and their compressive strength, shearing strength and torsional strength etc. were measured. The results showed that principle mechanic properties of BBC were lower than controls and belonged to one kind of elastic fragile materials. The author discussed the differences of biomechanic strength between BBC of same group and indicated some clinical values of BBC.
