摘要
本文报道了胎肝细胞悬液输注在３６例中晚期实体瘤治疗中的应用。临床观察结果表明：胎肝细胞输注能明显缓解化疗药物对骨髓的抑制，并刺激造血功能恢复，外周血象回升快，能提高免疫功能，改善一般症状，对配合化、放疗，延长生存期均有较好效果。在恶性肿瘤治疗中是一种值得选用的积极有效的辅助治疗。
Thirty-six cases of patients with moderate and advanced solid tumor treated with Fetal Lital Cell (FCL) Transfusion. The result showed that the FLC transfusion can retrieve myelosuppression caused by chemotherapic durgs obviously and promote the fuctions of hematopoiesis and immunity. The peripheral blood picture and general symptoms of the patients can be improved rapidly. FLC transfusion can provide a fevourable condition for chemotherapy or radiotherapy and prolonge the sarvival times.
