摘要
本项研究利用萃取、沉淀和结晶等技术从甘草粉中提取纯化甘草酸单钾。作者在该研究中引入酸性乙酸乙酯重结晶甘草酸单钾法，使杂质含量大幅度降低，其产品中甘草酸单钾含量大于９９％。本研究的甘草酸单钾制备方法也可以应用到工业生产当中，进行甘草酸单钾的规模化生产。高纯度的甘草酸及其某些盐类，有利于其生理活性和药理作用的研究，有利于临床应用。
Glycyrrhizic acid is extracted and purified from G.uralensis Fisch pow-der using the simple mathods of precipitation and crystallization.The monopotassiumglycyrrhizinate content in the product is more than 99%.More accurate research in itsphysiological activities were feasible with the product because of its high purity.
