摘要
为了打击犯罪和惩罚犯罪,维护社会秩序与安全,国家的侦查行为也要随着犯罪方式的发展变化而随之变化。针对刑事犯罪具有的隐蔽性和暴露性特点,各国都采取了秘密侦查和公开调查相结合的双重方式,我国也不例外。我国应该借鉴外国的经验,尽快制定有关法律,把秘密侦查纳入法治化的轨道。
The investigation work has changed in order to impose crime and punish crime and protect the safety of the society.The criminal crime is undergroud but sometimes exposed and many countries use secret and public investigation including China.We should enact relative law drawing on the experience of other countries to make secret investigation legal.
