摘要
对分析方法检出限的估算问题作了对比讨论。通过比较传统估算方法与ISO新推出的VB_x法,认为VB_x法在理论根据上更接近检出限的实质,且易于实际分析操作。《海洋监测规范》水质一章用该方法得到的检出限好于传统法及其他一些相关方法。
A comparision discussion on the estimation of detection limit of analytical approaches is presented in this paper. Through the comparison of the conventional approaches and a new one advocated by ISO,we realize that VBx approach is much closer to the nature of detection limit in the theoretical evidence, and easy to operate in the routine analytical work. The resuls obtained by VBx approach are more reasonable than those by the other approaches.
