摘要
提出一种复合材料层合板的优化设计和鲁棒设计分析方法.首先,以铺设角和厚度作为设计变量,可靠度指标作为目标,利用遗传算法求解层合板的优化问题.在此基础上,考虑设计变量或影响参量的变差,提出鲁棒设计准则以及求解方法.数值算例显示,通过减小结构响应相对于设计变量或参量的敏感度,可以补偿由变差引起的设计结果的不稳定.
This paper presents a method for the optimum and robust design of composite laminates. Firstly a structural optimization problem is solved with the fiber orientation and the lamina thickness as the design variables, and the system reliability index as the objective. The genetic algorithm is used to search for optimum solution. Then considering the variations of the design variables and environment parameters, a robust optimum design method for laminates is presented. The results show that the robust design is more stable by minimizing the performance sensitivity to the environment changes.
