摘要
集约利用土地是城镇健康发展的主要途径之一.对城镇土地集约利用概念进行界定,从经济效益目标、社会效益目标、生态环境效益目标和动态目标四个方面,建立城镇土地利用集约度的评价指标体系,根据各指标因子的重要程度,确定评价指标的权重,在对原始数据标准化的基础上,按照指标权重,将各指标值加权求和,得到土地利用集约综合指数(集约度指数),定量确定城镇土地利用集约水平,探索运用多指标综合评价城镇土地利用集约度的方法.选取浙江温岭市松门镇作为案例,应用与检验该评价方法.
By defining the land-use intensivism of towns, evaluating the effects of land-use economical, social, environmental and dynamic factors, the paper composes the evaluation factors of land-use, confirms the ponderance of evaluating factor according to influence of evaluating factor, and standardizes the basic data, adds the value of the factors, gets the landuse intensivism integration index （intensivism index）. Studying on quantificational intensivism standard of town land-use, the paper searches for the method of multi-factor evaluate land-use intensivism of town and cites the case of Songmen town to illustrate the method.
