摘要
城市交通系统作为城市发展目标落实的重要保障条件,已从被动的“配套”观念逐步走向紧密衔接、协同共进的发展阶段,建立土地利用与交通运输系统协调发展的机制正在成为规划与决策的重要取向.通过对大同市当前和今后交通发展的时代要求等宏观层面的分析研究,明确大同市城市交通发展的背景、条件和制约,确定城市交通发展的指导思想、战略目标和政策措施.
As an important condition to support the urban development goals, the urban transportation system has changed from the minor role to the leading role cooperated with the urban development. To establish mechanism of mutual coordination of land use and transport has being changed the orientation of urban planning and decision-making. Based on the analysis of nowadays and future development conditions of transportation system of Datong city, this paper provides the guiding ideology, strategical goals and development measures of urban transportation system of Datong city.
