摘要
通过分析佛山市区划调整后市城市规划和管理的现况、问题及需求,提出了佛山市城市规划决策支持系统研究的目标.针对佛山市规划局信息化建设现状,重点阐述了佛山市城市规划决策支持系统的四个层次体系架构,佛山市城市规划决策支持系统应建立在城市规划信息系统一体化基础之上.结合城市规划和管理的过程,把现代信息技术与城市规划方法和步骤结合起来,提出了当前佛山市城市规划决策支持系统建设内容:佛山市城市发展演变模型分析和构建、辅助决策管理系统建设、城市三维虚拟仿真管理系统建设.最后,对该系统的研究进行了总结和展望.
The study target of Foshan Urban Planning Decision Support System is presented based on the analysis of the status, problem and requirement of the urban planning and management, which all existed in Foshan city after district adjustment in Foshan. According to the actuality, four-layer system structures based on the incorporate informalization platform are proposed. By analyzing the process of urban planning and management and combining the modern information technique with the method and steps of the urban planning, the constructive content of the Urban Planning Decision Support System in Foshan is presented, which includes the analysis and construction of the developable and evolutional model in Foshan, the construction of the urban planning aided decision support system, Foshan 3D visual reality system. At last, the future study of the Decision Support System is predicted.
