摘要
生态安全是指一个社会的物理环境能够在满足居住者需要的同时,又不削弱其自然储量的状态.研究了区域生态安全的评价方法,以温州市瓯海区为例,运用压力-状态-响应模型框架,探求维护瓯海区生态安全的关键性生态环境要素,构建了适合瓯海区的生态安全评价指标体系.通过对瓯海区生态安全诊断指标的综合分析,选取26个评价指标,定量评价该地区的生态安全的现状值为0.71,处于生态预警状态,为温州市瓯海区的生态建设以及管理提供科学依据和指导.
Ecological security is defined as the goal of stakeholders to create a condition where the physical surroundings of a community provide for the needs of its inhabitants without diminishing its natural stock. This paper analyzed and referenced the methodology of regional ecological security assessment by taking Ouhai as an example. On the basis of the Pressure-State-Response Model, the paper has established the concept frame of the criteria and standards of ecological security assessment. 26 criteria were chosen to analyze the ecological security situation of alert 0. 71 , with suggestions on the construction and the management of the ecological environment.
