摘要
用工业硫酸浸取焙烧脱硫后的锌精矿,经过一系列的除杂步骤,湿法制取氧化锌,所得产品氧化锌的纯度达99.71%,各项技术指标符合产品标准,其中元素锌的总回收率达到87%以上。
The Zinc concentrate was roasted for removal of sulphur, followed by the leaching of roasted concentrate with commercial - grade H2SO4 was performed. After removal of impurities via a series of procedures, the qualified zinc oxide product is prepared from leacheate by a hydrometallurgical extraction technology. The purity of product obtained reached 99.71%, and all kinds of technical indices conform to product standard,overall recovery of Zn element reached more 87%.
