摘要
测量了n-Hg1-xCdxTe(x=0.2-0.3)在4.2K下的磁光电导光谱,观察到与杂质、缺陷有关的光电导峰,研究了它们随磁场的变化。
The infrared magneto photoconductivity (PC) spectra of n type Hg 1-x Cd xTe(x=0.2 ̄0.3) were measured. Several PC peaks related with impurities and defects were observed at 4.2K under different magnetic field. The physical mechanism of these PC peaks and the chemical origins of some acceptor levels and resonance states in the conduction band were discussed.
