摘要
企业组织是伴随环境的进化而进化的。由于科技的发展与社会的日益进步,组织所面临的环境越来越复杂、动态、不确定,所以组织与环境的关系也在这种演化的路径中变得越来越复杂和难以预测。笔者试图从经济学、管理学和组织生态学等不同视角对组织与环境之间的关系进行比较分析,认为其研究视野经历了被动性适应、自然选择和主动性的理性选择三个发展阶段,为企业组织制定正确的战略提供了新的思路。
Enterprise organization is evolving with the evolvement of organizational environment. Owing to the scientific advancement and social development, the environment of organization is becoming more and more complex,dynamic, and uncertain ,and the relationship between the organization and environment is getting increasingly complex and unforeseeable as well. However, the author holds that a certain path could stil be cleared up from the complicated relation between organization and its environment, which is passive adaptation,natural selection and positively rational selection, anticipating that the research field of the vision in the future could be deployed with the step of dynamics and coexistence.
