摘要
企业文化对内具有凝聚力,对外具有竞争力,是企业的核心竞争能力之一。在现代经济中,创新是企业生命力的源泉。而企业创新离不开文化的创新。作为企业创新的先导,企业文化的创新被提到首要的地位。
Corporate culture has internal cohesiveness and external competitiveness, so it is a key competitive power of enterprises. In modem economy, innovation is the source of the viability of enterprises. Enterprise innovation is impossible without cultural innovation. As the premise of enterprise innovation, its cultural innovation must be given the utmost priority.
