摘要
新疆是我国唯一与哈萨克斯坦接壤的地区。新疆对哈贸易占中哈双边贸易的80%以上。哈萨克斯坦为新疆第一大边贸伙伴,占自治区边境贸易的85%以上。利用地缘优势发展哈萨克斯坦与中国新疆的地区性合作关系是双方共同的利益。在中哈边界地区建立边境自由贸易区,能够保证两国接壤地区长治久安、共同发展和繁荣。
Xinjiang is the only area in China which borders Kazkhstan. Its trade volume with Kazakhstan accounts for 85% of Xinjiang＇ s total and 80% share between China and Kazakstan. The use of geographic advantages will benefit bilateral cooperation and the establishment of Sino- Kazakhstan free border- trade zone will promote peace, stability and prosperity along the borders.
