摘要
菜籽油皂脚中分离提取脂肪酸一般采用酸化水解工艺,为了解决水解率低和水解时间较长的不足,提出了新型酸化水解工艺。研究了水用量、硫酸用量、催化剂用量和水解时间对水解率的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件:水用量为100%,硫酸用量为6%,催化剂用量为3.2%,水解时间为5h,于150℃下反应,一次水解率达到了97.57%,脱酸后水解效果明显。
Hydrolysis after acidification is generally used in the separation of fatty acid from rapeseed oil soapstock, the low rate of hydrolysis and the slow hydrolysis were obviously insufficient of this process. To solve the two major problems, a new process was put forward. The impacts of the amount of water, sulfuric acid, catalyst as well as the time of hydrolysis were investigated. When the amount of water was 50%, the amount of sulfuric acid was 6%, the amount of catalyst was 3.2% and the time of hydrolysis was 5 h, then the ratio of hydrolysis reached 97.57% at 150 ℃. The effect of hydrolysis after deacidification was obvious.
