摘要
通过借鉴光在生物医学上的传输机理和研究方法,将其应用于水果内部品质分析领域,从而为进一步提高水果内部品质分析精度提供了契机。研究了光在水果内部组织的传输机理、水果组织中的光学特性参数、光在水果组织中的传输模型及水果组织中光学参数的测量方法,为今后测量水果内部品质的无损检测系统研制提供相关理论依据。
The research for optical transmission in biomedicine has been studied for many years in domestic and abroad, but the applicative research for nondestructive measuring in fruit internal qualities has been not found nowadays. So the research methods of optical transmission in biomedicine can be applied in fruit internal qualities analysis. It will have a chance to im- prove analysis precision in fruit internal qualities. In this paper, the optical property parameters of fruit tissue, the models of optical transmission in fruit tissue and the measurement methods of optical parameters in fruit tissues have been summarized. It will provide the theory foundation for the research for nondestructive measuring in fruit internal qualities.
