摘要
作者采用尺、桡和指动脉交感神经末梢切除术治疗雷诺病（征）２０例，其中雷诺病１１例，雷诺征９例。１９例（９５％）获得良好临床效果。作者认为对于继发性疾病，如动脉未闭塞者，采用该法亦可取得满意疗效。
Abstract patients of Raynaud's disease (syndrom) were treated by the resection of sympathetic endings of ulnaris,radial and digital artery. There were 11 cases of Raynaud's disease and 9 cases of Raynaud's sydrome.Excellent or good result was achieved in 19 cases (95% ). The authors point out that it also has a satisfactory effect on the secondary diseases. 11 necrosis finger were healed by this therapy.
