摘要
针对目标前国有企业成本控制中普遍存在的问题,对国有企业财务管理目标进行论述,并且提出了加强成本控制的主要方法。
According to existing problems of cost controling in the State- owned enterprises, the paper discusses goals of financial control and puts forword the main ways how to strengthen cost controling.
