摘要
软式排球是一种新兴的排球运动,并以球体柔软,技术动作容易掌握受到广泛的关注和群众的喜爱.硬排的正面上手传球教学对学生掌握传球技术会有什么影响,本文通过文献资料法、实验法、数据统计法对在此进行探讨,结果表明:软排作为一种辅助的教学手段应用于硬排的正面上手传球教学中,有助于传球技术的掌握,为应用软排提高硬排传球教学质量提供参考.
Soft volleyball is a new kind of volleyball which is popular in the society and liked by so many people. This article shows what effection it can bring to hard volleyball teaching by adding exercises of soft volleyball in the teaching of passing the hard volleyball face to face with two hands. By data method, experiment method, statistic method,this article analyzes the teaching effection of adding the soft volleyball exercises in the hard volleyball exercises and then concludes that soft volleyball as an assistant mean is helpful to the teaching of passing the hard volleyball face to face.
