摘要
测定了５７例肾脏病患者血浆纤维结合蛋白（ＰＦｎ）含量。结果发现：肾病综合征的ＰＦｎ均值显著高于正常，亦显著高于其它组肾脏病患者，肾炎综合征、慢性肾功能不全及慢性肾盂肾炎的ＰＦｎ均值均显著低于正常。提示在不同的肾脏疾病中ＰＦｎ变化不一致。
Plasma fibronectin (PFn) was measured in 57 patients with renal disease. The results showed that PFn level was markedly higher in the nephrotic syndrome that in the normal controls (P<0. 001),witn than that in the nephritis syndrome (P<0. 001),with than that in the chronic renal fail ure and that in the chronic pyelonephritis (P<0.001).The plasma Fn levels in the nephritis syn drome group,chronic renal failure group and chronic pyelonephritis group were markedly lower than that in the normal group (P<0.001).The data indicated that the changes of plasma Fn concentration are different in different types of renal disease.
