摘要利用快速心房起搏(ATP)建立慢性心房重构犬模型,干预组ATP前5 d始给予辛伐他汀10 m g/d口服。用激光共聚焦显微镜技术,以F lou-3/Am作为钙指示剂,测得起搏组、干预组犬心房肌细胞内游离钙离子浓度均较对照组明显增加,且干预组明显低于起搏组。可见,慢性心房重构犬心房肌细胞存在钙超载,辛伐他汀可有效抑制钙超载发生。
