介绍单机架冷轧机厚度控制系统、产生厚差的原因、控制模型的建立及厚度的控制和调节。所使用的各种类型AGC系统,给出了各种干扰引起的静态和动态厚度误差补偿方法。
The article describes the automatic gauge control, cause of thickness deviation, setup of control models and thickness control and adjustment of the single stand cold plate mills. Also, the article introduces the AGC system applied and compensation of static and dynamic thickness errors that are caused by various interruptions.
