摘要
目的:观察白黎芦醇对小鼠肺泡巨噬细胞释放细胞因子IL-8的影响,探讨白黎芦醇对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的作用。方法:经支气管肺泡灌洗获得肺泡巨噬细胞并进行培养,在内毒素(LPS)刺激同时加入0μg/ml,50μg/ml,100μg/ml,150μg/ml的白黎芦醇,12h后提取上清液,应用EL ISA法测定上清液中IL-8含量。结果:应用白黎芦醇后,上清液中IL-8含量分别为1639±228ng/L,1072±85ng/L,1024±132ng/L,明显低于只有内毒素刺激组2667±324ng/L(P<0.01)。结论:白黎芦醇对炎性细胞因子IL-8释放具有明显抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of resveratrol on interleukin-8 released by alveolar macrophages ,and to investigate the action of resveratrol on COPD. Methods : Alveolar macrophages were isolated from bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid from mice . The macrophages were eultured and stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS , 10μg/ml) and resveratrol. Concentrations of resveratrol were 50μg/ml, 100μg/ml ,150μg/ml. After 12 hours, the IL-8 thus produced were measured by EIASA in the supernatant. Results : After stimulation with resveratrol, IL-8 levels were 1639 ±228ng/L, 1072 ± 85ng/ L,1024±132ng/L. After stimulation with only lipopolysaecharide (LPS , 10μg/), IL-8 levels were 2667 ± 324 ng/L. Conclusion :IL-8 was inhibited by resveratrol.
